Changes to traffic conditions on the M1 kick in for the Commonwealth Games 1st of March.
Lower speed limits and ramp management will be added to trucks keeping left to help traffic flow.
But Games organisers have warned spectators once on the coast, the only way you can use the ‘Park & Ride’ is to book online.
