Should Brisbane Airport have a curfew? – Stephen Beckett from Brisbane Airport Corporation

The Green’s are attempting to pass a bill to introduce a flight curfew and cap on number of flights in and out of Brisbane Airport – in order to reduce noise pollution.

Brisbane Airport Corporation say’s that this curfew would “more than half the capacity of Brisbane’s dual runway system” and would have a number of flow on impacts on Queensland’s economy. Stephen Beckett from Brisbane Airport Corporation joined the show to explain further.
