Queensland Day should be a Public Holiday

Did you know June 6th is Queensland Day?

Don’t worry, you’re not alone.

159-years ago we split from New South Wales and formed our own Colony.

But do you know why?

Why is the Maltese Cross on the State Flag?

Ben believes we should swap the Labour Day Public Holiday for Queensland Day.  It would promote the prominence of the day and encourage engagement in our history.
