Brisbane is lagging behind the other capitals so badly when it comes to public transport it’s been declared “the worst access to public transport in Australia.”

The assessment has come from the Healthy Liveable Cities Group at the RMIT Centre for Urban Research.

Report lead author Dr Lucy Gunn tells Mark only 12% of Brisbane homes have access to a ‘turn up and go’ service.
