Aspirin a day could keep endometrial cancer away

A study done by Brisbane’s QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute has found that overweight women who take aspirin at least once a week may reduce their risk of endometrial cancer.

Overweight or obese women are up to five times more likely to develop the cancer and seven Australian women are diagnosed every day.

Study author Professor Penny Webb tells Mark further research is needed but if the link is confirmed it could make a huge difference.
