‘A celebration’: The Ten Tenors back in Australia for 30th anniversary tour

Sofie Formica

The Ten Tenors hit the high notes in 1995 in Brisbane and have since soared to global fame.

After performing more than 3,500 shows, The Ten Tenors have kicked off their 30th anniversary world tour.

Two of The Ten Tenors, Sam Ward and Cameron Barkley told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, “This is the first tour that we’ve been to every state in Australia as well. So we’re doing 27 cities I think 40 shows over 27 cities. And we’re going to every state for the first time.”

“It’s a 30th birthday party, essentially. So it’s a celebration of the whole 30 years of the group. So we’ve got all those classical roots that you’ve started with. It is a celebration at the end of the day. So we do have a bit of a party as well,” they continued.
