A huge announcement today is that every NRLW game will be broadcast live on Channel 9 for free public viewing.

The mammoth NRLW competition – that’s nearly doubled in size since last year – begins July 22nd and all 48 matches will be streamed live on Channel 9.

Nine’s main channel will broadcast 45 of the games, while 9Gem will have three.

And of course going side-by-side with the Channel 9 win is the announcement of the NRLW draw.

Two of the best players set to play the comp, as rated by Peter Psaltis, joined him on tonight’s program: Titans NRLW player Lauren Brown and Broncos NRLW player Ali Brigginshaw.

Not only is Lauren Brown set to play for the Titans in the NRLW, but she’s been training with the Queensland Fire Service and will become a qualified firefighter in 6-weeks if all goes well.

But she’s absolutely “raring to go” in July for the big comp.

Ali Brigginshaw said the expansion of the NRLW was “surreal but it’s where we need to get to”.

“It’s an exciting time to have so many new teams and so many more games”.
