This June, Bill McDonald is taking on the Push Up Challenge to help raise awareness for better mental health for all Australians.

Across 23 days, Bill will take on 3,214 push-ups, representing the 3,214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023.

To help drive awareness and support Bill, we’re giving small businesses the chance to donate to Bill’s challenge for the chance to win an Outside Broadcast at their Workplace.
