A Russian tourist has uploaded a holiday snap of him on a beach, which may have given away the location of Russian artillery in Crimea.

You can see him waving to the camera wearing nothing but his budgie smugglers.

In the background you can see some large military-style machinery, which Ukrainian Defence claimed his given away defense positions.

The Ukrainian Defence tweeted the image saying how “helpful” the tourist was.

Maybe we are being too hard on russian tourists… Sometimes they can be really helpful. Like this man taking pictures at russian air defense positions near Yevpatoria, in occupied Crimea. Thank you and keep up the good work! pic.twitter.com/bj5oEyXU0H
