Youth Minister sheds light on government’s role in schoolies

Schoolies was missed last year due to COVID, so you can imagine this year’s graduating cohort will be letting off a huge sigh of relief as they head to the coast for their celebration this weekend.

But it also leaves room for concern for all the parents out there who may be a little anxious about their sons and daughters letting loose for the first time after school.

The Youth Affairs Minister Meaghan Scanlon is on the Gold Coast right now gearing up for the occasion.

She’s here to inform us of how it’s run and what’s in place to make it run smoothly.
