Working from home? Don’t forget to ‘pseudo-commute’ with chair yoga

We’ve learnt to adapt to new working conditions since the onset of the Coronavirus pandemic, however, the initial novelty of 9-5 in pajamas has well and truly worn off.

A recent Sydney Morning Herald article discussed the importance of breaking-up the work day through a ‘pseudo-commute’, a way to mentally prepare for the day by enhancing one’s concentration and focus.

For some, getting into the work groove involves a downward dog or a lotus pose.
