The perils of extreme porn for our children

Once upon a time an adolescents experience of porn was sharing a Playboy magazine stolen from dad’s hidden stash.

By today’s standards it seems positively quaint.

The advent of the internet and the proliferation of free porn sites has exposed younger and younger children to more extreme and violent porn.

Maree Crabbe from the Reality and Risk Project will hold a forum for parents in Ipswich on Wednesday to help them deal with the pitfalls of porn.

She tells Mark today’s porn is creating a generation of young people with totally unrealistic expectations of sex and relationships.
