Superstitions a very human thing to believe in

Almost everyone has some superstition they follow whether it be not walking under ladders, black cats or touching wood.

In fact, sportspeople famously have a range of different superstitions they believe are the difference between victory and defeat.

Murdoch University PhD student Kylie Sturgess researches superstitions and tells Mark humans are predisposed to find patterns where none exist.
