Skoda updates its popular large Kodiaq seven-seat SUV range for 2022

Skoda has announced an update of its popular large Kodiaq 4WD SUV – the Kodiaq has been the Czech brands best seller since the models launch in 2017 although in recent months the small Kamiq SUV has stolen its mantle.
The Kodiaq is a very well packaged seven-seat SUV, the mildly facelifted Kodiaq Style and Sportline models due in showrooms in coming weeks, the potent Kodiaq RS arriving in the first quarter, priced at $74,990 drive-away, its 2.0- litre bi-turbo diesel power replaced by a 2.0-litre 180kW 370Nm turbo petrol engine driving through a seven-speed dual clutch automatic.
The all petrol Kodiaq range gains a number of small styling updates inside and out, the RS gaining Matrix LED headlights and animated indicators to the rear, ventilated front leather seats and new 20-inch alloy wheels. Skoda sales are running nearly 50 percent ahead of last year despite shipping and international supply chain delays.
