Sex abuse apology ‘not at all important’ to survivor Brendan Hunt

Along with the apology, a proposed redress scheme will provide monetary compensation, access to psychological support, and a direct apology from responsible institutions,
if the survivors request one.
But the government has been arguing over the cost and political implications
of establishing it at this week’s COAG meeting.
