Rain welcome, but more needed

Livestock producers, and grain growers throughout Central West New South Wales have received a boost, following some much needed March rain.

Falls varied across drought hit parts of the region from between 50 and 70 millimeters during the past week.

The bureau’s three-month outlook indicates above average temperatures are likely to continue.
