Jaguar’s new electric I-Pace SUV arrives

From Jaguar this week – its first electric vehicle – the mid-size I-Pace SUV – new territory for the British car maker although it claims its holding 100 orders. SUV’S have in recent times been a savior for Jaguar here with the E-Pace and F-Pace SUV’s now their best–selling vehicles – as their product PR manager James Scrimshaw suggested this week’ we’ve changed a lot in two year – we were the saloon and sports car company and we’ve really changed. The electric I-Pace will further improve Jaguar SUV sales – arriving in four automatic models from S at $119,000 to the HSE at 140,800 to the first edition At $159,700. Jaguar claim a 470 km range however they did admit this week they were launching their first electric vehicle into a market with underdeveloped infrastructure.
