Billy Slater keeping the family fit in retirement

It’s a familiar story that superfit athletes go to seed when they go into retirement but NRL great Billy Slater is determined it won’t happen to him.

He has just released a book Move with Billy Slater which lays out 32 separate workouts that don’t require a gym or any equipment.

He tells Mark he designed the workouts for him and his whole family.
