NRL constitutional reforms blocked
NRL club bosses have failed to reach a deal on a new look commission.
On Wednesday, 16 club chairmen decided how they would vote on a change to the makeup of the ARL Commission.
The proposed reforms would see states and clubs given representation on the commission for the first time.
The Gold Coast Titans, the Bulldogs and the Storm didn’t support the change.
The Australian Rugby League’s Annual General Meeting has now been pushed back, to allow more time to consider the plan.
Incoming Chairman Peter Beattie says he’s happy they’re not rushing the decision.
