British duo Ward Thomas have stunned John Stanley with their in-studio performance. 

25-year-old twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy Ward Thomas are in the country supporting David Gray’s Australian tour.

Their album Cartwheels became the first album by a British country act to reach number one on the UK Albums Chart.

They performed two tracks for John Stanley, who was singing their praises.

“That was remarkable.

“I’m blown away by that, that’s amazing.”
