2,500 kilometres, $1 million, 60 days: The epic trek to keep rough sleepers off Brisbane streets

Emmanuel City Mission’s Roby Curtis is undertaking a 60-day, 2,500km walk from Brisbane to Alice Springs to raise $1 million for homelessness services.

The funds will allow the charity’s Night Sanctuary to expand from operating one night a week to a full seven days, providing crucial beds, meals, and showers for rough sleepers.
