Smithy’s All Star Jim Molan says Australia’s immigration policy is raised with him constantly.

The newly elected Liberal senator tells Chris Smith it’s time to address it.

“In my first speech, I did bring up the issue of migration. I said I was concerned migration was a problem for us in the areas of infrastructure and culture,” he says.

“Very soon afterwards Tony Abbott came out with some very well considered comments and a very, very good speech.

“Everywhere I go people talk to me about migration.”

Chris questions if Senator Molan would like to take on the portfolio of Veterans Affairs.

“I now have a total of three weeks and two days in the Senate…I don’t think I’m on the shortlist,” he says.
