From the studio to the grill: Chris Smith learns the trick of a great BBQ

This week, Chris Smith is doing Good Tucker a little differently.

Chris stepped out of the studio to watch BBQ School’s Ben Farley master the smoker and grill.

Ben has some delectable treats on offer, revealing ale-soaked chicken lollypops and smokey beef ribs.

Cooked to perfection, the bone slips from the meat like butter.

Just the way it should.

“I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard about lollypops coming in the form of chicken,” Chris says. “But I’ve got an open mind!”
