Former Broncos coach Anthony Seibold has opened up about his ‘dark days’ last year after backing mental wellness platform Readiness. 

“I must admit now that I’m outside the role, … I think back to my time last year and it actually seems surreal,” he told Neil Breen.

“It actually doesn’t feel like that was me be going through that at times.”
