‘Tough decisions’ ahead for Des Hasler as Manly debutants stun

A tumultuous week for Manly may have ended on a high with the club appearing to unearth promising new talent.
More than 12,000 fans turned out to show their support for the Sea Eagles after controversy over the pride jersey.
Seven Sea Eagles players refused to take the field and wear the pride jerseys in the side’s loss to the Roosters.
But 4BC Wide World of Sports host Peter Psaltis told Laurel, Gary & Mark there may be a new problem for the seven.
Mark Hine: “I thought they might have been under threat, though, because the other players played so well in their positions!
“Like, oh, don’t give a sucker an even chance!”
Peter Psaltis: “I tell you what, Mark, Des Hasler has got a couple of tough decisions to make next week.
“Most of them will come back in the team but I’ll tell you what, a few of the youngsters acquitted themselves really well last night!”
