Special ingredient for coronation quiche proving difficult to find in local stores

One of the fundamental ingredients for the coronation quiche is proving hard to find in Brisbane supermarkets.

On 4BC Breakfast, Laurel told Gary & Mark that she wants to make the royal dish for King Charles III’s coronation: the coronation quiche.

But one of the main ingredients – fresh tarragon – has been extremely hard to track down in local supermarkets.

Laurel said Woolies, Coles and Bunnings were all a no go for fresh tarragon.

But 4BC listener Chrissie from Inala had a suggestion for where to find it.
