Police union boss ‘sickened, disgusted’ by Wiembilla shooters’ video

The police union boss has torn shreds off media outlets sharing horrifying footage reportedly published by a couple involved in the deadly shooting at Wieambilla.
Constables Rachel McCrow and Matthew Arnold, as well as neighbour Alan Dare, were fatally shot at on a rural property on Monday.
A video posted after the shooting, appears to show two of the killers, Stacey and Gareth Train, boasting “they came to us and we killed them”.
The video is being circulated on social media and some news sites today in the wake of the tragedy.
Queensland Police Union boss Ian Leavers told Bill McDonald on 4BC Summer Breakfast he’s “sickened and disgusted” by it and sharing the video is “not in the community expectation”.
“This vile murder confession from deranged anti-vaxxer, pro-gun, sovereign citizen conspiracy theorists should be instantly removed from media sites because that is exactly what these cold-blooded executioners wanted,” he said.
“They wanted notoriety, publicity and fame for their evil, deranged and insane views and they should be de-platformed immediately and not have their evil amplified.
“This goes way beyond reporting, by actually playing recordings by and platforming those who murdered police and it should never have occurred.”
“This is not what Queenslanders and Australians will stand for or tolerate.”
