Xi’an, China
Chris’ producer Carla was lucky enough to be taken on a trip to Xi’an, the ancient capital of China, as a guest of the China National Tourist Office.

Must do in Xi’an
Ride a bike around the 14km city wall, China’s most intact city wall ageing back more than 1200 years.
Take part in the Chang’ An Impression welcome ceremony for visitors and dignitaries.
Visit the world famous Army of the Terracotta Warriors.
Take a dip at the Huaqing Hot Springs, followed by seeing The Song of Everlasting Sorrow cultural show.
Climb to the top of the Great Wild Goose Pagoda.
Shop the markets and try local cuisine at the city’s famous Muslim Quarter.
Day trip to Mount Hua, China’s most precipitous mountain
Day trip to Hukou Waterfall, the only yellow waterfall in the world and China’s second largest waterfall.
