Very High Fire Danger in place for QLD

Queensland’s fire season is off to a challenging start, with strong winds continuing to fuel a number of fires across the state.

Firefighters responded to more than 290 bushfires over the weekend with a Very High Fire Danger Rating (FDR) continuing for much of the state.
