The Palaszczuk government has increased maximum prison sentences and fines for drivers who kill people or cause grievous bodily harm.

For Glynn Harnell, who lost his daughter Yasmin to an out of control driver at Camp Hill just a year ago, it’s a welcome step forward.

He tells Ben he thinks the government needs to go further and he will continue to keep the pressure on.
