Brisbane is still dealing with an oversupply of apartments but after a long period of drops in rental returns rents have now stabilised.
Some areas have actually shown a slight rise.
Kevin Turner from the 4BC Real Estate show tells Mark that there may been good news on the horizon for investors and developers.
