Police are investigating after the bomb squad was called to the Bunnings in Virginia this afternoon due to reports of a “suspicious package”.

Officers were called to Sandgate Road just after 12.30pm, and specialist officers were on route to the scene.

Police revealed glass wrapped in bubble wrap and duck-tape was designed to look like a real bomb.
