Legendary opera singer Jose Carreras is hosting a massive “Carreras & Friends” concert at the Gabba on December 5th to celebrate his 80th birthday, marking the venue’s first major musical event since Taylor Swift in 2018.

The star-studded lineup includes Robbie Williams, Ronan Keating, and Brisbane’s own band Shepherd, promising a multi-generational night of musical collaboration that coincides with a cultural push ahead of the city’s future Olympic Games.
