Jacqui Bell has returned from Africa after running 250 kilometres across the Sahara Desert, and now she is already training for the remaining three deserts.

She joined Ben in studio to talk all about the gruelling run and at 23 years old will be the youngest woman if she completes all ‘Big Four’ deserts:

• Sahara desert in Africa
• Atacama Crossing in Chile
• Gobi March in China
• Antarctica
