Something new for showgoers at the EKKA

The sawdust is being laid down, the animals are being groomed, the fruit and vegetable displays are being organised and the showbags are being filled.

The 141st Royal Queensland Show opens on Friday and it is expected around 400,000 people will pass through the gates.
