Should personal usage of ‘ice’ being decriminalised?

Geoff Munro, Policy Manager at Alcohol & Drug Foundation, joins Michael to discuss the submission by the New South Wales Bar Association for a Special Commission of Inquiry into the decriminalisation of personal usage of methamphetamines (ice) and other illicit substances.

The economic burden from methamphetamines each year is estimated to be $5 billion.
