The Queensland Government are reintroducing a levy on waste coming from NSW after the state has been used as a dumping ground.  

If the levy is passed, taxpayers may have to foot the bill for a wheelie bin tax.   

LGAQ President and Sunshine Coast Mayor, Councillor Mark Jamieson tells Ben, the aim is to keep the levy as low as possible.
