Six of the 11 Ipswich City councillors given their marching orders by the state government are taking legal action claiming unfair dismissal.

None of the councillors involved has been charged with any offence as a result of the CCC investigation into the administration.

Former councillor Paul Tully tells Mark they know they cannot get their jobs back but they may be entitled to some financial compensation.
