Qld recorded biggest increase in Telco complaints

Queensland has recorded the highest increase in Telecommunications complains, up more than 39 per cent, most of those related to the NBN.
Ombudsman, Judi Jones puts the increase in complaints down to the rapidly changing Telco landscape.
