Australian Road Safety Foundation CEO, Russell White joined Greg Cary on 4BC Summer Afternoons to talk about the probability and viability of a congestion tax in Brisbane.

White said that congestion taxes in other countries have done little to disperse traffic and that there are much bigger issues to look at in terms of road safety.

He also gave his thoughts on why so many people are failing their driving tests.
