National charging network with five year

Electric car skeptics often cite the need for a national network of fast charging stations as one of the barriers to the widespread acceptance of EVs in Australia.

Australia lags well behind much of the western world and Asia in adopting electric cars, but we may soon have little choice as carmakers abandon the petrol engine.

A Brisbane company, Tritium, is carving a place for itself internationally making and selling car chargers and founder David Finn tells Mark he may be surprised just how fast Australia develops a network of charging stations.
