More play equipment is not always better

A study done by researchers at the University Of Queensland has found that when it comes to play equipment for the kids more is not necessarily better.

Researchers surveyed 2,000 mums, who between them had 4,000 kids, about what it is that gets the kids outside and getting some much needed exercise.

Dr Katrina Moss from the UQ School of Public Health tells Mark what’s important is to get the right type of play equipment and things like slides and swings are the pick of the bunch.
