Former Scottish football superstar, Paul Lambert, joined Peter Gleeson on 4BC Drive to discuss the landmark youth talent development program that he is working on with the Wynnum Wolves and Borussia Dortmund.

Lambert said that the A-League should introduce a promotion and regulation system to help breed better competition in Australia.
