The Brisbane real estate market is said to performing well as Sydney and Melbourne cool, but there are indications it could be slowing.
Kevin Turner the host of 4BC’s Real Estate Show tells Mark while the number of properties on offer was about the same as this time last year, clearance rates are well down.
