Queensland’s rapidly growing population delivers a need for an increase in new developments.

Unfortunately, this need for housing is resulting in smaller square-metre space.  

Despite this, Kevin Turner from 4BC’s Real Estate Show says Queensland’s property market is not all doom and gloom.
