Speaking of trees, Paul also answers your questions about avocado trees, getting rid of baby snails – PLUS Paul introduces his plant of the week: the highly-desired Variegated Spider Lily (Hymenocallis caribaea ‘Variegata’), a common pick for landscapers.
In the second hour; Olympia chats to Brisbane Yacht Charters’ Darren Voigtlander about a brand new sailing offering – The Island Crafted Cruise! This cruise will give you the chance to experience Stradbroke Island’s local flavours and craft beers, all while sailing the beautiful Moreton Bay.
Theresa Scholl from Valley Pride Produce Farm calls in to discuss their upcoming ‘Harvest With The Farmer’ event, a chance for people to get involved and get to know where their food comes from. Theresa also tells Olympia about a rather special event that’s happening today, that will involve her shaving her head to raise $10,000 for cancer research.
