Exercise can combat dementia, but which is best?

There’s strong evidence that regular exercise can improve brain health and prevent dementia but the question is what is the most effective form of exercise.

A team at Queensland University is now looking for around 600 over 60s to take part in a year long study doing various kinds and levels of exercise.

Professor Jeff Coombes from the UQ School of Human Movement and Nutrition Sciences tells Mark physical exercise may trump mental exercise.
