Ben hears from a furious Michael Beatty from the RSPCA after some mindless thug vandalised the cars of Dakabin Care Centre staff who’d worked through the worst of the storm getting animals to safety.

Forced to leave their cars at the centre because of the conditions, they returned the next morning to find their tyres slashed.
