One Brisbane man is eating an entire roast chicken every day in search of Australia’s best roast chook.

James Ellis told Sofie Formica on 4BC Afternoons, “Late last year I was working with my mate, and one afternoon he just sat down and ate an entire roast chicken and drank six beers.”

“And I just thought this was just the funniest thing ever.”

“I thought, you know, this would be kind of funny if I did that and posted it on Insta,” Ellis continued.
