Queensland Trucking Association CEO Gary Mahon joined Dean & Sofie on 4BC Breakfast to urge the public to avoid panic buying fuel, assuring that international and domestic supplies remain stable despite recent delivery bottlenecks. 

However, he warned that a combination of local floods and rising global fuel prices will likely lead to increased freight costs and higher grocery bills for consumers within the next few weeks.
